Sorry, but I'd leave this one for a doctor to answer. Could be just how she's developing, could be something more. It's good you're taking her in :)
my daughter is 9 months she wont sit up crawl or put any pressure on her legs she has to start pt soon and go see a neurologist, but anyone know what could be wrong

It's time to just make sure she's ok and just a late bloomer. My son was a year old before he stood. Found out he had weak core muscles and needed physical therapy. He learned to walk at 18 months and by 3 years old when the early intervention program ended you'd never know it. I am sure it's nothing serious!
I would just wait to see what the neurologist has to say. There are so many variables, and to not stress, it's best just to wait. It sounds like your following the right steps. Good Luck to you both!
My daughters both only sat until they were 14 months old, showing no interest at all in even crawling. Then they pulled up on tables and couches for about a week, and started running! They are 12 and 15 now and doing well.
Not sure what is wrong, but you are doing the right thing by getting her looked at early and starting pt. Keep up the good work by getting her seen - they will figure it out if you keep fighting & don't give up.
My daughter was slow at some developement... she was pushing 2 yrs old and her 15 mo old brother was running circles around her. I was told more then once that I can't base her developement on him, but I kept looking - then her knee swelled up for no reason. I went to see the doc with her again and was told maybe there is something wrong... they did x-rays & checked for fluid - she when to 3 specialists before we ended up with a rheumatologist. After a few blood test and an extensive exam - my daughter was diagnosted with JRA (juvenile rheumatoid arthritis). We had her on anti-inflammatory meds for about 9 mo. and then had her knee drained, she was @ 3 yrs old then (man that was scarry!) But we have been about to keep the swelling down since then (she is 8 now) & about 2 mo. after her knee was drained she started running and could play just as her brother. It took us nearly a year to figure it all out & get her taken care of - but we didn't give up & our daughter is healther because of that. She still sees her rheumatologist and takes anti-inflammatory meds, but her JRA is under-control, which is the best that we can ask for, since it will never go away fully since there is no "cured" for it.
You will soon find out what is going on... keep fighting for her & loving her - after all that is all that matters!!! Just remember - she will be fine.
Sounds like she has low muscle tone. My son has this. He sat at around 7 months but would not put weight on his legs for a very long time. He started army crawling at 11 months, all 4's crawling at 20 months and walking at 26 months. There are many, many, many different reasons why a kiddo could have low muscle tone and sometimes they never find a reason for it. It is great that you are getting her PT and seeing a neurologist. My son still does Pt off and on and he will be 5 in a few months, it has been a huge help to him.
We saw a neurologist too, and we had an MRI done but they really could not find anything from that and tons of blood work and some genetic testing but nothing really from those tests either. My son was eventually diangosed with sensory processing disorder and developmental delays. Those things may have to do with his low muscle tone and they may not. Hopefully your daughter is just a late bloomer. Good luck!
