They gave Zofran to my daughter in tablets that disolve on the tounge. Ask a pharmacist, but if safe for children should be ok I would think? Also: ginger snaps, ginger, good earth original sweet and spicy tea(orange and cinamon), **pepermint oil sold at whole foods in the health section comes in a dropper just add a few drops to water or food, pepermint and chocolate or candies

Hi B., I have three boys - 6, 3, and 16mos. With my first, I didn't take any anti-nausea medicine, but I was sick all 9 months, it wasn't the best experience. With #2 and #3, I had a different doctor who at first put me on Reglan which didn't work and then put me on Zofran. It worked and both children are still doing great. I tried acupunture for tendonitis and it didn't help - I wasn't about to try it again. Hope this helps.

B.,
I used Zofran during my pregnancy with both of my boys and it was a TOTAL life safer. I would highly recommend it and in fact when I have friends who are sick I tell them why suffer when you can use a drug called Zofran that will make you feel so much better. My doctor made a good point to me. She said a happy mom makes a happy baby. Plus it will make your daughter enjoy her pregnancy a lot more. Both of my boys were born healthy and happy. At first i was afraid to take anything, but in the end i wouldnt have done it any other way. I wish your daughter a happy pregnancy and hope she is feeling better soon.
A little about me:
I am a 32 year old women who is happily married with a wonderful family. We have two little boys that are the light of my life. They are almost 3 and 7 1/2 months old. They are the best thing that has ever happened to me. The complete me and our family in everyway.

I took Zofran during my pregnancy with twins as I couldn't stop throwing up once I got nauseous. There is a side effect for some, as it blocks seretonin, can lead to feelings of depression. I experienced this side effect if I took the medication for a couple days in a row.
