You can substitute the Greek Yogurt for sour cream in ANY dip recipe that uses sour cream. It's one of Hungry Girl's substitutes for sour cream
My daughter's preschool is having a hoe-down party this Thursday (which they do instead of Halloween) and I volunteered to bring in veggies and dip. I'd like to make a dip using Greek yogurt that kids will like, so something that maybe tastes like ranch dressing without being ranch. I looked on AllRecipes.com already but didn't find anything that was really what I was looking for. Does anyone have any recipes or ideas they would care to share with me? Must be tree nut/peanut free. TIA!

There was one mentioned on Dr. Oz yesterday. The recipe should be on his website.
We can't have dairy so I make my own yogurt dip that we love. We use goats milk yogurt, lemon juice and GF celery salt and fresh dill (some spices has gluten in them). My kids and I LOVE it!
This is what I use:
1 tablespoon dried parsley, crushed
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Mix it the day before and let it sit, to let the flavors meld. Oh, and double the recipe for a 15 - 18 oz tub. We have a tub of this in the fridge, at all times! It's a great, healthy way to get lots of veggies in daily.
One container of Quark to one package of Hidden Valley Ranch.
Have you tried this O.?:

* 1 (17.6 ounce) container Greek yogurt
* 2 Tablespoons minced fresh parsley leaves (or 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes)
* 1 Tablespoon dry minced onion flakes
* 1 teaspoon garlic salt
* 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
* ½ teaspoon paprika
