TobyMac is a good answer. Thousand Foot Crutch is something she might like; they're comparable to Linkin Park and Chevelle and bands like that (why do I even know this??). I'm going to lift directly from Wikipedia: "Artists such as FLAME, The Ambassador, Purified, Willie Will, Lecrae, Trip Lee, Sho Baraka, KJ-52, Blaze, modern messiahs, and Tedashii see themselves as preachers or ministers who proselytize to non-Christians or try to preach a Christian message using hip-hop as a medium.[citation needed] Others, such as Tunnel Rats, LPG, Brethren, Manafest, and Skribbal, choose to be simply hip-hop artists who are expressing themselves since they are Christian. Their music contains expression of their faith".
That should get you started with a LOT of Christian rap artists to choose from! If you need more, this link is a list of rap and hip hop artist in the Christian world: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Performers_of_Christian_hip_...
For books, I absolutely recommend the Chronicles of Narnia. They're short, they're fast, and 13 is a great age to read them. If she's into more "grown up" books, you could consider the Lord of the Rings, or the Eragon/Eldest/Brisingr books.
Frank Peretti's This Present Darkness and Piercing the Darkness are much more grown up and "darker" and she might like those (they are VERY Christian, though!). The Valiant Papers are a great, short read.
Magazines I'm clueless on. lol
Movies, again, the Narnia movies, Eragon, To Save A Life (that's a REALLY good one for her to see). She may end up liking any of the Jane Austen movies (Emma, Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Prejudice, etc).
At 13, she may or may not like games or crafts; you know her better than we do. ;) Boardgames like Life, Monopoly, Clue, Sorry are usually good choices. A deck of cards and a "cardgame book" can be endless fun.
As for "crafts", does she like jewelry? At stores like Michaels you can get jewelry making supplies. Wire, tools, beads. All sorts of stuff!
