My husband John is a general contractor - we are in the neighborhood - Norwood Park. He can help you out with everything from start to finish. I promise you will love him -everyone always does.
Give him a call and he can stop by and meet with you to go over the project.

Hi! I know a great architect (with wonderful contractor references) located in Jefferson Park. His name is Jeffrey Sommers and his company is Square Root Architecture + Design. You can contact him at ###-###-####. He has done some amazing additions to bungalows, etc. and would be a great help with your dormer addition. I think renovations cost roughly the same as new construction...$125-$175 per square foot. Jeff can give you much more detailed info. Good luck!

Hi there! I would like to recommend my husband, Michael Stopka. Not only is Mike proud daddy to our 19 month old Ella, but he's a licensed architect who is also LEED certified. He works at a large firm downtown, but has begun taking on small projects, and he'd love to discuss this opportunity with you. He also works closely with several contractors that he really trusts, and would be able to recommend one to you once he has a better understanding of your needs. Feel free to shoot Mike a note if you're interested - ____@____.com. Thanks!
