I have the perfect idea. My girlfriend does birthday parties. She comes dressed up as your daughter's favorite Disney princess. Little girls think it is so real. She has an interactive story with games, dancing, and gifts for all with a special gift for the birthday girl. She is really sweet and beautiful (she's great with kids, she has 3 young ones herself.) www.Jessicasprincessparties.com I have no idea what her charges are... but you can always ask! I have heard that girls and boys absolutely love her!
Also, I'm a hairstylist and can create little packages for girls. www.lisashairdesigns.com I can work with you on a budget. They could have their hair done up and a little make-up... it could be a dress up party with little boas, tiaras, tutus, veils, hula skirts...

T.,

For My daughters 4th B-day, I rented a hotel breakfast room for $50. I invited all the girls to dress as princesses. They LOVED it. They all came dressed in their favorite dress-up outfit. I called a Princess Tea Party. I bought some "cups" from the party store and some Princess stickers to decorate them with. We also made tiaras with stickers.

I did a animal stuffing party with it, but you could do like a "spa" theme. Little girls love to have their nails painted, tattoos. Maybe even a little make-up.

I am sure that some of the other moms or your friends would be glad to help.

My girls are 9 and 4, they would love to go to a party like this.

Hope this helps,
H.

We had my daughter's third birthday party at our neighborhood park. We brought sidewalk chalk, a pinata, and some extra picnic tables. The kids had so much fun and we spent very little money. My daughter loved it so much that we also had her fourth birthday party at the same park. (at her request)

My sister gave my niece a (little Diva) ____@____.com had each of the girls who were invited to come in a "dress up" outfit. and she went to the thrift store and bought a pink prom dress for the birthday girl we cut the length on it. And she already had a bunch of old costume jewely and old hats from our grandmother. For the girl to dress up in. She served little sandwiches w/ tea (aka kool aid) The birthday girl wore a tiarra. We painted all the girls finger nails and put make- up on them. We had a mini fashion show and took a polaraid for each child to take home. It was very cute!!!!

there is a great water park in hurst that cost 5 dollars a kid. If you live in Hurst it is only one dollar.

I like parties at home - the children interact more. You could print out princess coloring pages. Right now they have a ton of really cute crowns and wands at Dollar Tree - hurry, they will run out fast. A crown would be better than a goody bag full of junk anyday! Have the little girls come dressed as princesses and have a tea party. I think they had knight stuff at dollar tree too - that would be good if you invite boys too.
My other savings tip is to buy the "Princess" napkins, but not all of the other junk. Someone had a really cute princess cake from Albertson's, but I bet it would be easy to do if you had some princess figurines already. They don't have princess, but they have tons of cute party downloads at nickjr.com

You don't have to spend a ton of money to have a fun party. Kids that age just want to play. Have fun!

Theme party *dress up as a princess* would work. If weather permits...can have it at park. Lots more room for noise.
If plan at home, tea party and games for the princesses would
be good. If want pizza, Cici's is cheap, will allow you to bring in cake and ice cream, call ahead to reserve space. Games there are limited...no room to pin the tail on the donkey.
