My husband and I are readying our former home for rent and the carpets need attention. I tried to rent one of those steam cleaner things from the grocery, but it didn't do the job. Does anyone know of a good honest carpet cleaner who doesn't pull the bait and switch when they arrive? I don't need the $19.95 per room come-on only to find out that they really charge $60 after all the add-ons and such.
