I have a 10 yr old boy who is extremely sensitive. He is such a perfectionist and gets so down on himself when he makes a mistake or gets reprimanded by a teacher or even loses a Monopoly game. I see him get so frustrated and angry. I'm not sure how to handle this and I feel like I need some help in having him develop some coping skills. What worries me the most is he doesn't want to talk about it and keeps it all bottled up inside. I'm completely at a loss. I thought I'd try to see if you all have had any experience with a good counselor preferably in the Franklin/Brentwood area but I'm certainly flexible.

I think the two best children's therapists in the Nashville area are Dr. Trey Monroe and Dr. Janie Berryman. I would encourage you to call them and schedule a time to meet with them without your child and see which one you think would be a good fit for your child. Google their names and you can see the high profile cases that they have been testifying in recently in the news.
