Hi All,

My mother started a knitting project that was a wedding present for a friend, then she contracted trigger finger (no pun intended!). I need someone that can finish this project. Do you have ANY ideas on how to find someone that can help!

Thanks!
A.

Try asking a quilting group or older ladies circle in church. You could also go to Jo-Ann's or a craft type shop that sells yarn,etc.. and ask them if one of the teachers wants to finish it. You might want to offer some money or something to the person that is finishing it.

I know we have ladies at our church in United Methodist Women circle that are older that do knitting. You might try a United Methodist women circle closer to you in Carrollton who do service type projects for the homeless, United Community Centers, other organizations. If you can't find any body, I could ask some of the ladies at our church, if you want. Hope this helps!

I would go to a yarn/knitting club. Surely there is one listed in your area. Call up Joanns or Hobby Lobby or a local yarn or quilt shop and ask.

Hi! Call the local senior center. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction.
