They're a little higher than $50 but,it's worth a look. They have lots of fabric options.
My 20 month old daughter needs a new nap mat for "school" this fall. I am looking for someone who makes cute nap mats (with a pillow and blanket attatched) that don't cost more than $50.00.

They are a home-based business in Frisco and I have seen them at several of the local craft shows. They make the most adorable nap mats, embellished overalls, clothing, towels and quilts. Very good prices.
I got one at the Canton flea mkt in one of the pavilions - I think it was $25

I make nap mats, I have a website you can see some of the ones that I have ready to go, or custom ones can be made. Mine have soft fury fabric on the outside, and cotton print on the inside, as well as a soft fleece blanket attached. I have checked around, and have not seen any like mine. I work at a local Mother's Day Out here in McKinney, and have seen them all. Here is where you can look at mine, http://home.comcast.net/~salazar.J. . I sell mine for $50, and will deliver it to you. I also include an embroidered name tag to match.

Try www.mynappak.com , this is a local lady that makes and sells nap mats and can embroider your child's name on the blanket. I think they are around $35.00. However I have seen identical nap mats in the JCPENNEY catalog for $15.00. JCPENNEY only has two designs. The nappak lady has several designs to choose from. I purchased my sons nappak through the nappak lady and I am very pleased. However that was before I saw identical ones in the JCPENNEY catalog for $15.00. Hope this helps!
Hi there,
I've seen some cute ones at Kid 2 Kid, McKinney - although I'm not sure of the price (they are new in the front botique-type section) and I think Pottery Barn Kids has some. A cute website of some Frisco girls (that I went to high school with one) has covers but they are out right now - http://www.chicpetitemonogrammedgifts.com/index.html
Good luck!

I just purchased a nap mat online from JcPenney.com for my youngest son. The mats are on sale right now for 14.99. It has a pillow and blanket attached, and has velcro straps to keep it rolled up when not in use. This will be our second time to purchase this mat - it has been great! My oldest son has been using one of these mats for 2 years, and it is still in great shape.

She carry's Baby Creations Nap Mats. You can see them online at b-creations.com. They are supercute and affordable with a boutique look.
I just bought my daughter a Cinderella sleeping bag that has an inflatable matress and pillow. She loves to sleep on it and it provides a comfortable surface. I don'y know if her day care will let you use it, but it's worth a try. They sell it at Target for about $23.
Hi,
I found the cutest napmat on Ebay. My 3 year old is into tractors and trucks, so I got him a John Deere napmat. It was custom made with a blanket and pillow attached. It folds up really nice with a strap as well. I paid $35 for it. If you go to ebay.com and click "search" type napmat. They have so many to chose from, so I would look for something your daughter is into, they will probably have it.
Lillian Vernon catalog (and online) has these -- one with butterfly pattern and others with solid colors with attached pillows. $24.98 and you can have it monogrammed for free.

There is a woman that makes them for First United Methodist Church of Plano (Spring Creek and Parker). I'm not sure if they have a pillow and blanket, but they are in really cute designs.... I think they're about $40. You can stop by pretty much anytime to the school office (on the west side of the building) as they have some samples there.
Hi! I am a representive for a company called MY NAP PAK. They are based here locally. There is a website that you can check out the 5 different patterns that they have. They are really cute, very good quality, and can be monogrammed. They are a mat, pillow, and blanket all in one. If you purchase one through me, it is cheaper than through the website. The nap paks are $39 without monogramming and $49 with the name monogrammed on it--I will not charge you shipping/tax. There are some choices with the monogramming which we can talk about further. The website to check out is www.mynappak.com
Please contact me if you are interested in getting one. Kids love them!
Oh, by the way, I just looked at the responses after I sent this originally. Yes, originally she began by purchasing JCPENNY inventory, but since has had these new ones designed, modified and done with much better fabric. They are actually longer than the originals and the fleece blanket does not pill, the pillow is much more fluffy. They were actually featured in the Dallas Morning News and in a parenting magazine. I can show you a sample if you would like to see one. Thanks again.

Hi A.,
I do sewing from my home and I can make a very cute nap mat for your little girl. i also have a 3yr old little girl. I live in Carrollton, TX. If you tell me for instance the colors you prefer and the colors you want to stay away from, along with any other specifics, I can get that done for you pretty quickly. The dimensions would be about 44"Long (mat portion) including attached pillow and 20" wide. The attached blanket flap would be approx. 34" L and 30"W (The blanket flap is wider than the mat to allow for your little girl to be covered.
If this sounds like something you'd like, I can e-mail you pictures of the fabric patterns available. Unless of course, you have a specific fabric type in mind. In that case let me know and I'll check fabric costs.
Just let me know.
