JCFS runs a new moms group on Fridays at the Calvary Methodist Church in Arlington. It is right on Mass. Ave by Spy Pond. The person who works to run the group is Elise, and she is wonderful.

Hi E.,

I am a first-time-mom to a 5 month old baby girl. Maybe we can start something local? I live in Watertown.

Hi E.,

I will have a New-Mom-Group starting in the Fall at my Baby sitting Center in Waltham. It is not too far from Belmont (depending where in Belmont you are coming from!)

It will be posted at Kinderexpress.com

The Jewish Family & Children's Services runs free, drop-in New Moms groups (open to all faiths); none in Belmont but a few in neighboring towns. I used to go to the Arlington group (wow, 4 years ago!)
