I also have 4 children. We call Adrianna, Adri or Blondie. Colby is either Little Man or Colbinator. Mackenzie is Mac-Mac or Baby girl. And Lynzie is Lu-Lu, Baby, or Honey Bun. Also, my husband called his oldest, Ashley, Pookie.
I've got 4 children. Almost immediately upon "meeting" these little people a nickname just seemed to fit each one. It would just come out of the blue and I'd end up calling them by their nickname as much as their real name. My 4 were/are Tata-bug for Taylor, snuggle-bug for Trevor, punkin and stinky-doo for Christopher and toot toot for Matthew.
What nicknames do you call your sweet ones by?
So Cute! Some of those made me laugh out loud. It came to mind when watching a show on tv and they kept calling their unborn child jacque-a-moe... no idea how to spell it. And I forgot that for a while with my oldest son we would call him tumbleweed because he fell off of everything!

Our daughter's name is Bradlee but our nicknames are WAY out there- Rad, Fat Rad, Bradford, Klindor, Tuscanated Rad, Klindihopper, Fussy McFusserton, Eternafuss- to name a few!!
It's great to see how many different nicknames there are. My daughter's name is Aliviyah. Friends and family call her either lee lee or Livy. Which I love both. When she was a baby, I called her crabby crab, now it's stinky (which makes her laugh), girly girl, phoney bologna (when she's whining or throwing a tantrum), or crazy
Lets see..I call my oldest Cookie(her name is Chrissy) and my youngest Cassidy I call "Chach"..I dont know where that one came from but...it came and it stuck!! LOL
My son's name is Sullivan and we call him Sully. And I also call him Monkey.
His father calls him Sully of course and Buddy.
I love the nicknames you call your little ones.

I've always called my oldest son Josh (3)sugar bear and my youngest son Matt (4 months) snuggle butt.
Little squid was the first because he looked like a squid on the sonagram. Then it turned into little calamari since my husband likes that food and wanted to make fun of little squid. Good thing we ended up with diffent names as time went on: Snuggle-Bug I used for Christopher, Boogies as well (because his eyes always had goobers in them for months after he was born), my husband calls him Bubba now - which I hate...I call him little man and topher.
Miss Abigail started as peanut, then after birth is cuddle-bug, aboo, aboo boos, and little bee.
As you said, they just come and stick and fit so perfectly!
I call my boy Bubaloo, but he used to be booger boy, and my girl is Peanut, she was 3 pounds when she was born! I've called my son that enough that he tells people that is his name now!
My youngest is Mr. Monkey or the cuteness, My oldest is Bub,
my daughter is Hopey girl
hah hah this one is cute... I have to share too! Nothing special...
Josh (age 5) we all call him Posh
Ben (age 3) we all call him a beast! lol but for real we call him Benny Boo
Lily (new born) we call her Willy (the boys love sea world and they wanted to name her Shamu... -sigh- gotta love them boys -smile-)
itsnt funny that we call them by their nickname more than their reall names? I wonder how long they will stick? -devlish grin-
I've called my daughter, whose name is Marley, "punker" instead of punkin' that I sometimes used to call her OR "punker-doodles". I used to call her "mamma" but stopped now that I've taught her that I'm the mamma. My husband came up with "foossy-bebe" and his Dad's wife calls her "sweet pea" and my mom calls her pumpkin.
Hello! I have 3 (not so) little ones. My oldest Jiovanni who is 10, we call "G", and my younger son, Emeril (yes after Lagasse-I watched everyday during pregnancy)who is 8 we call "Em" or "Emmy" and her highness, Jasmeen, is 7, we call her "Meena" or "cha-cha moo" or sometimes just "chach".
I read your nickname for your Taylor and thought it was so funny...the nickname that I came up with for my daughter Tayler right after she was born was taterbug, lol. I am due this May and we have already decided that we are going to call our new addition, who is a girl and will be named Lilabeth, snuggle bear.
as soon as my daughter was born and laid on my chest i said oh look at that little smooshy face.. it stuck. also when we were pregnant it was the Hannah banana baby belly so she is the hannah banana pudding pop, or just pudding...now we alternate also there is princess, princess peanut butter, ya know, sweet alittle nutty! lol we have to make the effort to use her real name so she knows it!
i call my oldest sadie, muffin.. sometimes muffin butt! she'll hate me when shes grown.. it came from sugar muffin casue she was so sweet... and jacxon is jack jack by most but shnoogey-boogey by me.. and bubba by his 'sissy' and daddy...
I call my daughter Bailey "beauty",her father calles her "pooh". Nick is "Handsome" or "Nick Nack" and Keaton is "Muffin" sometimes "muffin man" and I sing the muffin man song to him a lot and have from birth! He's 6 now and in first grade and I made the mistake of calling him muffin in front of a few classmates the other day and one of the girls asked why I called him that and then he was all embarrassed...lol! Too funny!
I love nick names...my sister calls her daughter Ashley "Love bug" and I call my other niece "Livi Lou" her name is Olivia...
My son has been Mr Peabody, Peach, LJ, Bitty Bumpkins and that morphed into Bumps, which was appropriate when he started walking and bumped into everything. He's still Bumps most of the time. Sometimes he's The Loganator when he wears sunglasses. Nicknames are fun, I wonder what we'll come up with for the next one.
My 5 year old girl, Laura has always been my Sweet Pea. My 2 year old girl, Sarah, I call monkey because she tries to climb everything!! She has been doing this for quite a while.
I call my daughter Megan "mimi". She actually gave herself the nickname when she was about one. When she started to talk, she would call herself "mimi".
I call my 11 month old son, Brody, a couple of different nicknames. It all started with Doodlebug, which turned into "The Doodle". I also call him "Buddy". My sister in law started calling him "Nugget" and my husband calls him "Sweetie or Sweet Boy". But I think I like The Doodle the best!!!
I've got 2: Alyssa who will be 5 in March. We call her Aly mostly. Her other nicknames are Oopa or Alyoop and Alzypalzy of which I just say Alz sometimes and then there is Punkin Head. Zachary will be 2 in May. We call him Zach mostly. His other nicknames are Zacharoo or Zacharooni, Doodles because he draws on everything and then there is Punkin Butt.
I'm glad I'm not the only one that does that. My two-month old daughter is "The Doodlebug!"
My son's name is Stephen (2 yrs.) and I've taken to calling him Stevey. I'll also call him Mickey Mouse because he will carry his Mickey Mouses everywhere and do everything with them.
Nicknames are fun.
My oldest is Grantis, Granty J. or Granty J. Man.
My younger one is Piercey-Toe, Toe-Toe-Man ot 'The Toaster'
My little one is Boogie, from the moment he was born he has always had so many boogers so it just fit. It could have been that he was born in Chicago when the temp was -8. He is almost two and knows that it is his nickname and says is all the time.
My daughter is 7 and the nickname that i like best for her is Krystal bear or Krystal ball. When she was little and couldnt say her name, she called herself KoKo. Now she doesnt like that anymore. She wants Krystal bear or Krystal ball. i call her my munchkin or little bit because she is tiny.
Thanks for sharing. Those are really cute names. My Jonas is Stinky or Stinky Bean (at home) and Sweet Pea in public. My best friend started calling him The Midget, but that no longer applies since he's bigger than her now. We also call him "Little Grandpa" when we're with my parents.
