Just a post to say you aren't alone... my daughter day time trained just before two... and will be 5 in October - never has had a dry night... it will happen... but you can't decide when... her body will.
My almost three year old daughter has been potty trained since shortly after turning 2. She has very good potty habits and never has accidents. The problem/question.... I can't keep her dry overnight. I really want to be done with pull-ups...but every morning she wakes up wet. I just keep thinking that one day she'll make that turn...but it's not happening. I've limited her drinks in the evening...but still, nothing. Any tactics to help keep her dry overnight?

My daughter was trained shortly after turning 2, but was wet at night, less and less frequently until she was 7. There is no such thing as night time potty training.
You need to let it go.... :) My daughter was almost 4 before she was potty trained at night. Literally the "lights will go on" and she'll be able to do it. Your daughter is still very young and I wouldn't worry about it at all. I can understand the expense and pull ups being a hassle...Last year I had a newborn a 2 year and then a 4 year old all in the diaper/pullup stage ugh...hang in there and eventually she'll get it. Normally if she is dry 3-5 nights in a row she's got it.
Give her a break she is little! You can't train to stay dry at night her body will do it on it's own.
I agree with the other posters. My daughter is almost 4 and still wakes up soaked every morning. She can stay dry if she naps, but not overnight. The only thing you can really do is to wake her to go to the potty a few times at night. I have a niece that's 4 1/2 and she just started not wearing Pull Ups to bed. She does a really good job for a week, then she'll have several accidents. Some kids are just really heavy sleepers and don't feel the urge to get up and go potty quite this young.
I completely agree with the previous poster. My son had been PT'd since he was 2 1/2. He just turned five and is no where near dry at night. For some children it happens right away for others it doesn't.
Check out the 'Potty Training Solutions' retailer at http://www.justgreatkidswear.com/OtherFavorites.html. I think you'll find most anything regarding potty training including videos, articles, potty alarms/timers...so much information. Hope this helps.
Actually, you are right -- one day she WILL make the turn! But you can’t influence when that will be. It has to do with the physiological development of your daughter's body. When an adult's bladder is full at night, a signal goes from the bladder to the brain and we are awakened with the need to go. For children, this signaling mechanism comes with age. They cannot be "trained" until their body develops this mechanism.
Although all children are different, this typically doesn't happen until at least 4 years old and often closer to 5yrs (and it's not unheard of at 6 yrs.) Watch to see if (1) her pull-up is dry most mornings and, (2) you hear her get up to pee during the night. That's when her body is developing!
.
Hang in there! I know it gets expensive, but it's going to take more time.
I hate to tell you this but night potty training isn't really training at all.
It has to do with their body being ready to hold it that long or wake her up when she needs to go. This is from my ped.
I've got a 6 yr old that is just how starting to "night train" and it involves us waking him at 11 and 3am every night , it's getting old FAST. I got tired of buying pull ups. I am hoping that after we do this for a little while he will start to wake up at those times on his own.
Your best bet is to wait until her body is more mature then try waking her in the middle of the night if she is a heavy sleeper like my youngest is.
