This is a condition medically known as diastasis recti. I have it. As diagnosed by a doctor. Some women's muscles dont ever go back together the way they were before (without surgery of course). There are lots of exercises you can do to help, AND be forwarned that some standard AB workouts (crunches even) can make the condition worse. The main focus should be on tightening your core and contraction those muscles together.
