nope mine got her first tooth at 11 months they will come in when they come in. If you are worried ask the pediatrician although this shouldnt really be a concern seeing as you are a dental assistant.
My son is ten months old and still no teeth, should i worry?

How did you manage to answer your own question? Hmmmmmmm.......
My friends DD did not get any teeth till she was 2. She is 9 now and all of her teeth are normal. Plus, less time for decay to set.
Probably not. My cousin's kid was close to a year old before she got any.
Nope, My youngest popped her first tooth on her first birthday. She now has a mouth full of picture perfect teeth. It also did not slow down her eating, she just gummed everything.
Nope. My oldest didn't get her first tooth until 12 months. They all grew in by the time she was 2.5, and started to fall out when she was 5, right on schedule.
Don't worry. Both my daughters were over a year old when they got their first tooth. My younger daughter was almost 14 months! The dentist told me the later they get teeth, the healthier the teeth are. :) The only downside I can see to getting teeth late is that they lose them late. My older daughter is almost 9, and has only lost 6 teeth so far. SHe needs braces, but we can't get them for her until all her baby teeth fall out, which I think will be when she's 20! (Just kidding, but she will probabky be older than average).
My daughter didn't get any teeth until she was 9 months old.... doctor said not to worry....
I think my grandson was about 9 months, also....
No need to worry. My nephew had 8 teeth at 4 months old and then nothing for months and months. My daughter (10 days younger) had NO teeth until 8 months and has popped out 6 in the last 3 weeks (no, we're not getting any sleep).
They will come in eventually. I would call your pediatrician, though, just to be sure!
No, just be happy, especially if you are still nursing :)
