Call! Even if it just normal, there is a lot of discomfort in the last stretch of pregnancy, you should call. Better to be safe than sorry!
I am almost 35 weeks pregnant and last night I had a horrible nights sleep. I tossed and turned and felt off all night. This morning I have a horrible back ache and what feels like diarrhea like cramps, but I don't have to go to the bathroom. Is this normal for this stage of pregnancy or something I should be concerned about?
Thanks!

If you feel off for any reason, call your doc. That is why they are there. Honestly, it sounds like it could be the early stages of labor, I would call.
You are 35 weeks - space is tight....however, if the cramps come in waves, call you OB.....
Do you have normal fetal movement? Decreased? Increased? Are you getting wetter or feel like you've wet your pants? ANY of these then don't call, GO to your OB.
GOOD LUCK!!
I wouldn't call unless your cramps are more intense and close together. You are 35 weeks, this is when the pregnancy gets really uncomfortable. You could feel cramps even earlier than 35 weeks. But if they are not strong and at least 5-10 minutes apart I wouldn't call. Give it some time.
Never hesitate to call you OB that is what they are there for. Everyone is different during pregnancy and things happen to some that don't happen to others. If you are concerned enough to ask on here then I would call them.
Diarrhea and back pain could be signs of labor. I would call just to be sure.
I would get it checked out. Reminds me of the night before my daughter was born. If you think something is off, follow your gut. It is much better to go in and find it was nothing than to wait and find out waiting may have caused tragic results.
Possibly labor I'd at the very least call the ob especially if it was painful enough to keep you awake.
eh im 37 weeks and crampy all the time and my back hurts. I dont sleep well either. But those could be signs of labor if you aren't normally having them. It would be the very begining of labor if it was, so i'd wait it out and see if you start having contractions. Taking a bath usually helps with the cramping. Just relax. Good luck with your new little one!
sounds like labor to me too, go get checked even if just for your own peace of mind!
I think it's normal at that stage. If you start having contractions on a regular schedule or any bleeding I'd call.
I really don't have an answer for your question, but since your pregnant then I would definately recommend that you call your doctor, it could even be a sign or early labor, I do recall having that exact problem while I was pregnant with my second child.. Hope you called your doctor and that everything is ok!
P.S.. Maybe your dehydrated? Or may possibly be doing alot of work that's wearing you out? Keep us updated and let us know what happen's! God Bless!
Yup, sounds like labor to me too... but call your for peace of mind!
