Getting fancy isn't necessary. Use olive oil in your cooking. Don't fry. Make sure you balance proteins, carbs and fats. Watch portions. One chicken breast is enough, even for a man. Snack on fruit, vegies, but don't be too strict. You can cheat once in awhile. We love our
