It is a TON of research, of many many hours, to find jobs like that.
But here is a good site for information. It is a very respectable and legitimate site, for Moms, which has helped many Moms trying to do what you are wanting to do:
http://www.mominventors.com/
But again, it takes lots of research and lots of time, to figure all of this out. But this site has good resources and information.
For the time being, since it is very hard to find work from home or telecommuting jobs, you need to get a job somewhere and somehow, to tide you over. Even if that means shift work in retail etc. Being the Holidays are coming up, many stores are hiring holiday help... which may lead to a regular permanent job.
OR, get signed up with a Temp agency. They find jobs for you per your experience. Many of these jobs, can then lead to... being actually hired by a company. And some temp agencies, do provide medical insurance benefits for their Temps.
Or there are free lancing sites. Have you researched that? Free Lancers are hired as independent "Contractors" for example.
But, even if you get a work from home job, you need to make sure: it will provide you with enough pay AND medical insurance etc. because you have 3 kids/dependents.
Or if anything, you can "babysit" from your home. But you need to check the regulations/licensing requirements in your State. But, there is always a need for babysitting. And you can get paid hourly or via a flat rate, monthly, which you decide on per the going rates in your city.
No matter what, it takes a lot of research and time. If you find anything.
Update your resume. I assume you did. Get job references etc. too.
Then, there is this:
www.gofundme.com which has helped many people, who are in hardship or in a tight situation.
And, to find a job, any job, you need to be willing... to look outside of what you have been doing in the past. Other than Administration work, as well. To open up more doors for yourself. Or ask friends and via word of mouth. And you need to be willing, to in the meantime, find a regular job or office job. Bottom line is: you need money and a job to survive and support your 3 kids.
Or, since you have 3 kids, (I don't know if they are in school or not), try... going to their school and see if they have jobs. I did that, and I work part time at my kids' school. Many Moms... do that, as a way to work and earn money and still be able to be a Mom to their kids. Plus you get to be on their same school schedule too.
Many options.
