I signed up a couple of days ago and I'm starting it today! After the first eleven days I'll let you know the results. I also usually walk 3 miles per day, Mon - Sat.
There is a diet plan on this site that we all see. It says "10 rules of a flat stomach/loose 9lbs. of belly fat in 11 days". Has anyone signed up and tried this?

I checked out this "fatloss4idiots"web site. They have some valuable points, but I'm not sure about any "majic" formula. I'm a personal trainer, health consultant, life coach and fitness instructor and we use a eating guideline of six "meals" a day. Basciallly what you are doing keeping your metabolism going by not "starving" it. If You don't eat, your body's metabolism shuts down and goes into survival mode as though you are stranded on a desert island, and tries to hang on to all of your "reserve" slows down the burning process and uses it sparingly so that you can "survive" longer. Therefore, if you feed your body constantly, every 3-4 hours with the proper nutrients it needs, and nice balance of protien, carbs, and vegetables, your body continues to burn because you never are hungary. You can't "spot lose" but since most of us, esp mothers, seem to carry excess in our belly now, as you change your metabolism you begin to burn up the storge that is in typically around our belly, so we notice it sooner since it seems to be our focus, but you are also losing inches around your buns and thighs as well. :) A person still needs an excersize program to be healthy. One needs to build muscle, and use muscles, and as we build our muscles our metabolism increases, hence, burning more fat! woot! it's a win win! I have some sample menus of just regular foods and formuls to calculate how much protien you need a day and other helpful tidbits. If you are intersted, just shoot me a email and I will gladly send you some more info. I think i've said enough for now! :)
Don't fall for any of these gimmicks, they just aren't healthy in the long run. K. @ dkpokertables dot com
I have not used this diet, but I have used weight watchers with much success. they even have a program for nursing moms. I've lost 30 lbs and counting!
I was going to ask the same question. I sure hope you get some responses.
I have not tried it, but thought about it and did research on the internet. When you Google it, several web sites come up on the first page that seem to be positive reviews, but when you read down through them they are almost identically worded and very commercial-like. When you skip down to the 2nd page and beyond, you start to get to what look like real reviews by normal people...and they are not too positive. Here is the link to the Yahoo Answers page... http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=2008011606035... It has a bunch of reviews. Hope this helps.
