I'm guessing you mean he wears Target size 6 diapers, not shoes. Do you need special overnight diapers, is he a heavy wetter? If not, Pampers sells size 7 diapers online. Check diapers.com
I just noticed the Huggies overnights seem to be cut smaller now. My son is 34" and 33I lbs., but not quite 18 months. He wears Target size 6 during the day. Suggestions?
I did another online search and the only size 7 is Pampers. So trying a box through Amazon and we'll see. Maybe just a size up will help with the leaks as he does seem to reserve big pees for overnight, and often wakes up in the morning after a large BM. After that, I guess it's Pull-Ups! Thanks, ladies

Pull Ups runs larger and the sides open up. The others run smaller and you have to tear them open and can't be reused because of that. One of my triplets is very big for his age and used them. But your son's size will begin to slow down as he gets older.

My almost 3 years old is about the same size as your son and we use the Huggies Overnight Pull-ups in size 3T-4T and are perfect. I put her in her overnight pull-up around 7:30pm and then she has a cup of milk before going to bed. She wakes up around 8:30am with no leaks.
Go with the pampers over nights.. they are amazing. you'll probably need a size 5 or 6 but that's what we used and she never leaked.
My son is 40" and 39lbs and still wears the Huggies 6 overnights during the night with no problem. Good luck! I have some nephews/neices who are super chunks and diapers are a problem :)
Have you tried Pampers? Or is he big enough to need Pull Ups?
I had good luck w/ Huggies Overnights - a size up from normal day diapers if you can : )
