kmart is also good for party favors they have a different variety of stuff for kids.
We're having an official (invite other kids) birthday party for my son who is turning 2. I'm trying to get ideas for party favors for children ages 2-5. Anyone have any good ideas or suggestions? Does anyone have a particular store they like to go to for these type of things? Of course I've seen the generic type of party favors at party stores and the like but I thought it would be nice put together a different mix of goodies.

a girlfriend did this for her wedding for the little ones . she got buckets and shovels from Michaels and some foam kits to add to the buckets which were faces of pirates. then she filled the bucket with sea/water themed items. bubbles, sea creatures that expanded when set in water, coloring book and crayons and a little something sweet too. I am pretty sure she got everything from Micheals .
Hi N.,
I love going to Party City. They have practically everything in that store that you can think of for birthdays. As far as party favors for 2-5 year olds, keep it simple. May be some playing cards/flash cards, and some coloring books along with crayons. Or may be some bubbles, and or an ink stamp with a cartoon character in it. There's some ideas for ya. I hope I've helped some. Enjoy the birthday.
