Does anyone know of a place where I can purchase some party decorations other than Walmart or Target? They dont have what I'm looking for. I cannot order online, so websites wont help much, unless they are local and I can purchase in person.
Anywhere in the general Clear Lake/League City area would be great. Although I would not mind traveling a bit outside of that radius.

Party City; it's right there on Bay Area BLVD (across from the mall)
Party City on Bay Area Blvd, same shopping center as DSW.
Hobby Lobby right there in Webster, or there is on at 646 and I45 now. There is a Michael's too.

There is a party city in the same parking lot at carter's up by baybrook mall and there is also a smaller one in Dickinson on 517 east of 45
