I am looking for a pediatric dentist in the Lake Worth or West/Southwest Ft Worth area. My little guy is 10 months so will be looking for a gentle, fun environment for his first dental appointment around 1 year. I've read some of the previous requests and realize there are some great pedi dentists in the Keller/Southlake area, but I really need something a little closer to my work and daycare.

My children see Dr. Robert Barkley. He is located on Hulen just North of Vickery Blvd. He is AWESOME. He starts seeing children at 13mos up to 13 years. My son was 3 the first time he saw him and my daughter was 13mos. They absolutely adore everyone in the office. Dr. Barkley and all of his staff talk to the children in such a way that the children may not know "exactly" what is going on, but they do understand that it will be OK. He often gives them sunglasses while they are getting their teeth cleaned (so the bright light stays out of their eyes). If what he is going to do will take a while, he puts chapstick ("Barbie lipstick" as he calls it for my daughter) on their lips. Anyway, his office number is ###-###-####. Hope that helps.
Dr. Bruce Weiner in the Cook Children's building across from Harris SW is great. Several of my friends and I went to him as a child, and several of my friends take their kids now and love it. That is where my baby will go to.
We LOVE Dr. Martin off Boat Club Road. His office is actually behind the WalGreens on the corner of 820 & 199. He is wonderful with children. My son had a stubborn baby tooth pulled and when Dr. Martin gave him the numbbing injection he played as if there was an earthquake in his mouth to distract him. My son never knew he was getting a shot. Anyone that can hide that is a genius!
I second the recommendation of Randy Barkley. I also go to church with him and adore the man. I promise you will think he is somehow related to Mr. Rogers - he is so sweet and calm! I trust him absolutely/completely/whole heartedly.
