We see Dr. Tim also. They are always very nice. I have recommended him before and other people have told me they had a good experience as well.
I really like Dr. Tim at Texas Pediatric Dentistry. The staff is great and Dr. Tim is wonderful with his patients. The office is very child friendly and they talk to the kids about everything before they do anything, including cleaning!
My kids see Dr. Scott at Just for Kids in McKinney, Alma at Eldorado. He's great!
Dr. Lisi on Allen drive is only about 10 minutes away and she is awesome! Her staff is incredibly friendly and gentle. They play with the kids and make them very comfortable! The website... http://www.kidspediatricdentistry.com/
We also see Dr. Tim Brister. My 2.5 year old and 3.5 year old both went with a hygienist (separate) and both had cleanings and x-rays with no tears. They were so proud of themselves. I was relieved too. They are great.
I work in the dental field (orthodonics actually) and we highly recommend Dr. Tim Brister, or if you want to go to allen there is Dr. Lisi. Good luck!

My girls see Dr. Keel. She is at McKinney Dentist.com every other Saturday. Since your daughter is so young, you may prefer a weekday dentist. But Dr. Keel is younger and she is so gentle with my daughters. I had been seeing other dentists in the office and just happen to get her one time, and I'm so glad. I'm surprised at the difference in how she is with kids compared to an adult patient dentist. But I must say, after reading all your posts, I'm going to go to Tim if I have any problems with Dr. Keel. I've never seen one dentist or doctor get so many recommendations on Mamsource. Good luck.
We also go to Tim Brister. I REALLY like him. They work SO well with kids. When my kids were uncomfortable with something, they adjust to make the kids comfortable. Example, my 3 yr old didn't want to sit in the big chair.. so they let him pick out a chair in the room to sit in for them to clean his teeth.. he still was nervous, so he ended up sitting in my lap. That was his first time at that dentist. I think they want to make sure over the years going to the dentist is a good experience.
Our last Pediatric dentist in Mckinney would get so irritated with my kids if they cried, and he also "graded" their teeth on how they are brushed,etc. I hated going because it made me feel like a bad mom if I didn't get an A.. but Dr. Brister is so nice about everything.

Both of my kiddos go to Allen Dental Center. It's obviously in Allen, but not far from McKinney. Both of my kids love going and don't complain when it is time to go!! That is worth the short drive from Plano for me!! Here is a link to their website:
