I have changed our insurance policy and need to find a good pediatrician in the North fort Worth Area. Any recommendations?
I take my children to Dr. Sandra Arca with Cook Childrens in Grapevine! AMAZING DOCTOR!!! Some of the doctors at Baylor use her for their children if that tells you anything. She is very caring... I live in Keller and tried a Pedi in Southlake and was not pleased and switched to her after my neighbors referral.
We use Fort Worth Pediatrics. We love it. They have 3 offices in Fort Worth and offer night and weekend hours. The office is older as are the doctors. They are great with kids and have been doing this for years. We use the office on Merrimac Circle. Dr. Friedman is great with our kids. We have seen several others in the off hours and have always been pleased.
Dr. Erica Zwernemann at Southlake Family Physicians is wonderful! A little farther to drive but worth it, my kids just love her.
Ditto what Rachel E. said. I have two and love the staff at Fossil Creek and Dr. Davis is TOPS in our book!
We see Dr. Sara Garza (was Yok until she got married). I absolutely love her. She's the kind of pedi that gives 'warm fuzzies'. She is in Keller with Dr. Terk and several other doctors. She's off of 1709 and Rufe Snow. I have always been able to get in for sick appts the same day and the staff is awesome -- which is such a huge part of a doctor's office. Good luck!
We love Dr. Kimberly Matlock with Cook's on 1709. She is pregnant with triplets right now, so you may have better luck getting in with her partner- Dr. Sarah Garza. We have also seen her and like her as well.
I would recommend against Kid Care pediatrics. We had several problems with them.
probably a little to far, but, Dr Stephen Smalley of MD pediatrics is AWESOME! He is in Flowermound on 2499.
We use Dr. Jason Terk at the Cooks Children's in Keller. I was referred to him and all of my friends and everyone at our church uses him. We LOVE him and his staff!!!

My kids have been seeing Dr. Kim Mangham with Cook Children's for a few years now. She is great and in the same office as Dr. Terk and Yok.
