They had a really cute one at the new Learning Express toy store at 290 & Spring Cypress. I didn't get the price, because I was on my way out to a b-day party, but I'm planning on going back to take a look at it.
We are planning on getting a play tent for our 3 yr old for Christmas. Just something she can play in - indoors. But we're having trouble finding any with good reviews. We've looked at several Dora, Princess, Diego, etc in the $25-40 range but reviews on Amazon and Walmart seem to say they fall apart so easily. Does anyone have one that you can recommed as sturdy and long lasting?

Hi A.,
We bought a "Ryan’s Room" tent from Costco last year and my 3 yr old, 1 year old and large lab play in it all of the time. I have seen a new version of it available this year. Our setup has 2 tents and 2 connecting tunnels and was approximately $30.00. Great value and is still in great shape!!
Even if you don’t have a Costco membership, I think they will let you in as a guest.
Good Luck!

They are selling some at Tuesday morning for 15.00 but I don't know the quality. sry
We got a tent and tunnel from www.littlepeoplescove.com We have the train one, but there are several to choose from. I got it last Christmas and it has stood up to many play dates with toddlers as well as my 3 and 6 y.o. nephews. It is still as good as new. They have awesome activity toys!
I bought my son an indoor tent with a tunnel at Target a year ago. I have it set up in his bedroom. It is still in excellent shape. I believe I paid around $25 for it.
I think they are too short for toddlers to run into. So they get caught on the door height or trip over the bottom of the "door". We had one for my 1 yo's Bday & she dragged it around the house bc of getting caught in it.

HI, I don't know if you would be interested in this, but here is the info. My mother-in-law is an EXCELLENT seamstress and has sewn my 2 1/2 yr. old daughter a tent. This tent actually fits over a card table so it doesn't tear up easily and is easily stored. She puts windows and doors on it allowing easy in and out access that closes with velcro. She also let her pick out the material for the playhouse this way it was more personalized for Zoe or she can pick out material for you based on what you would like. The material she buys is heavy colored denim so it is made to withstand these strong spirited kiddos. She also has sewn beautiful, soft baby blankets for my infant that I get complemented on all the time, a purse for me, and a personalized sleep over back pack bag for my 10 yr.old. that is really cute and a name bracelet for my toddler! If you would be interested in any of this her name is Judi Mathews and her e-mail address is ____@____.com just put in the subject matter "sewing request" so she knows it's not spam or your welcome to e-mail me. Hope this helps out, Jen.
We have had the Dora tent(with the green leaves and tree appearance_ for 2 years now and it is like new. I like it because it is taller than most of them. We have the play kitchen a toy box and table with 2 chairs inside and the kids love to play in it. We have never had any problems with tearing or holes etc. It is very sturdy. Good luck,
M.
