I need to find a dermatologist for my four month old. Any suggestions? I recently posted a request for help with eczema (thanks to everyone who responded;)Since the posting, I have had allergy testing completed on her and everything came back negative. Next step is a dermatologist. Can anyone recommend a good dermatologist? I have BCN insurance, so pediatrician recommendation of the Messenger group won't work. PLEASE HELP!! I don't just want to randomly choose a dermatologist from the provider directory.

My daughter, who is 16, sees Dr. Street (well, actually, her PA-Stacy Olivet) and they're both wonderful. If you take your infant to them, you would see Stacy and she's very knowledgeable and gentle (she's a new mother also, a son who's about 10 mos. old I believe). You wouldn't go wrong with this practice - it's located in the Sparrow Med. Bldg. of the M.A.C. in the Hannah Plaza area.
I've heard wonderful things about Dr. Hatch and Dr. Street. I know that Dr. Gale is excellent, but I think she's nearing retirement and not accepting new patients! Good luck!
I see Dr hatch. He is great. He will work with until he finds a solution. In fact. Im getting ready to take my 10 yr. old to him because he has eczema on his face. The only negative is that it can take a long time to get into him but it is worth it. Hopes this helps. Dr Hatch as other people in his office but I have never seen any of them. M.
we're in Lansing as well, but we went to U of M derm. They were wonderful with my daughter and we haven't had to go back since! Good luck!
