Hi, Moms.

Please help. It has been five wks since I had a baby and can't fit into my pants, of course. I was wondering if you know of any extended button I can add to my pants until they fit more comfortably, especially since I just had a c-section.

Thanks.

What can I do next?

I just used a rubber band going from the button, through the button hole and back to the button again. This helped to give me the extra stretch I needed and couldn't have been easier.

I too just used a rubber band as posted in another response. Quick, easy, cheap.

Ha ha, guess no one told you you still have to wear your maternity clothes postpartum. Came as a shock to me too. What i did post pardum is wear the maternity clothes that fit me best at about 5 months prego. Other than that l love stretchy top skirts and sweat pants!

Put a rubber band through the button hole and pull rubber band over button...(does that make sense?)
This is similar to a button extender and less expensive
:)

Unfortunately, I do not...however, until I could get into some of my pants I bought 2 pair of elastic dress slacks in navy and black...I've had three C's so I understand. Congrats on the birth of your baby!

I recommend the bella band, but it will be several months before you fit again.

I always just used a hair elastic and looped it through the button hole and around the button. And of course a shirt that covers your waist. Hopefully its for a very short while ;-)
