I toilet trained in 1 day after reading the book, "toilet training in less then a day" it does work! Don't confuse her by putting diapers on and asking her to use the toilet. Turn off all distractions, Devote the day to potty training. Lots of drinks and salty snacks. take her every hour or two. Verbalize what is going on the whole day. Example, " walk to the potty" pull down your pants, sit on the potty, I would always do shhh, listen...when they would pee we'd have a party! Clapping and carrying on, we'd tell anyone around who would listen. They get excited to do it again because of all the praise. When they "poop" some children are frightened by this initially on the potty, I would just hug them until they got through it, then of course we'd have a party because of it. Be sure to acknowledge you understand they are afraid and then afterwards talk about it, and talk about how brave they were, and that they did it and they can always do it. Don't have tv on, or other distractions do quiet things like candy land etc. focus on the child and toilet training. The weekend is more then enough time, just don't put diapers back on ! Enjoy your day.
