If you want to test early, you can buy the First Response tests. I think you can test 5 days before your period is due with those. Buy one with two tests so if one is negative, you can wait a few days and test again.

If you just had a miscarriage in March - you really should NOT be trying to get pregnant again for at least another month. Your body needs time to heal and recover from the loss - hormones, etc.

You need to go to your OB/GYN and have a full physical - find out if you are pregnant via a blood test and talk with your OB/GYN to see when your body will be ready to TRY and conceive again.

If you had a period in April, after your miscarriage, and you had unprotected sex - you MIGHT be pregnant. Your hormones could STILL be messed up. There are pregnancy tests out there that say they can detect a week before your missed period. However, please keep in mind - that if you take that test - i think it's First Response - you MIGHT get a false positive. Why? Because your hormones from your miscarriage in March - MIGHT still be showing in your system. Your best bet is to go to the Dr and get a blood test and physical.

Good luck!

Buy a pregnancy test and follow the directions. I suggest you wait a couple weeks past the date you would've had your period. But, I've never used such a test and know that many women get anxious and test too soon. Later is better than earlier.

they will sometimes show positive a few days before, but not always. I would wait until you either miss your period or have other symptoms. Like in my case my morning sickness started just before my missed period.
