I know that separately, those symptoms are not a major concern - just a couple more of the joys of pregnancy.

However, to get these both suddenly together would warrant a call to the doc, IMO.

That said, stomach upset can be associated with migraine headache, which is what it sounds like to me. I rarely get migraines unless I'm pregnant.

My doctor has a nurse line I can call and they'll get back with me if it's not an emergency.

It's always scary when you are experiencing symptoms you have never had before. Your not overreacting, dont worry.

Now, as for it being normal, I'm honestly not sure, but drink some Ginger Ale or some Alka Seltzer maybe and see if it helps, and call your doctor, thats what they are there for, and I am sure they understand. Give them a call now, and ease your mind! Never be afraid, or ashamed of calling!

Hope you feel better soon and everything is okay!

Have you been taking Claritin? I started having horrible headaches, and my OB told me to switch to Zyrtech, because one of the side effects of Claritin is headaches. As for the heartburn/upset stomach, it is quite normal for us pregnant ladies to experience it! If tums don't work, you may have to try an OTC for acid reflux. Ask you doctor which one they recommend. I also have started taking some GasX as needed for the bloating issue. Your doctor should be able to recommend what products they prefer to you over the phone. HTH And Congrats on the pregnancy!!

You aren't over reacting. I'd give a call to the doctor's office and let them guide you. It could be nothing (and that would be great news to hear because then you could stop being worried) or if there's something you can do to help it would be nice to try instead of toughing it out.
