Pregnancy Pre Period

I conceived 2 weeks ago tomorrow. The pregnancy didn't take and the cells were eliminated from my body (I saw it) this past Saturday (2 days ago). My period would have been scheduled for arrival tomorrow. My question is, will I get my period? Will it be late? I'm not sure what to expect but want to figure it out so I know when I'm ovulating again. We want to try again. I seem to get pregnant very quickly and am hoping to time it just right again! :)

Additonal info - I know I was pregnant because I could feel it and I already had symptoms like I did in my previous 2 pregnancies. I know I "miscarried" because I saw the cells and tissue that my body passed and I immediately felt differently, like something was missing. I knew I was no longer pregnant. I wasn't far enough along to need a D&C. I'm certain that everything is gone. I'm able to feel those kinds of things. The first time I miscarried I was 9 weeks along and knew the entire time that something was wrong. I was scheduled for a D&C but was then able to cancel because I knew that my body had passed the tissue and the Dr. confirmed that I was right. I know my body and am very aware. That's how I knew I was pregnant. I know not everyone is able to feel the things I can. Since the egg that should've been expelled by my period was actually fertilized I'm assuming I won't get my period tomorrow. When will I next get my period?

What can I do next?

You may want to take a test and see if you are pregnant now. You can think you are MCing and you are just passing stuff that is not needed or you had twins and lost one but not the other. I found out I was 13 days after O and lost the baby a week later. My body did everything on its own and it did not mess up my cycles. I have had friends that MC and their next cycle was late. You really need to do the test and see if it comes up + cause you could need a D&C because everything did not come out, there is just so much you have to watch for with a MC. On knowing your O time best thing to do is test so you know when you are.

How do you know you are preg if you didn't miss a period? If you are preg you shouldn't get your period.

EDITED TO ADD: I am totally confused by your question, how do you know you are preg if you conceived 2 weeks ago? If you are preg how do you know you are having a miscarriage? I have 3 kids and 4 pregnancies, 1st preg was a loss at 18 weeks. For the life of me I can't make sense of your question.

I would imagine you'll get your period, but hard to say whether it'll be late or not. The lining needs to shed so your body can start over. If it's late, maybe do a HPT to make sure. Maybe the cells you saw were from implantation.

I honestly think this a question for your Ob/gyn--just to be safe you know. Best of luck to you
