B.P.
Hi C. I actually did feel those initial flutters very early in the beginning of my pregnancy. But then I have to admit, my husband and i had specifically planned our night of conceivement so i truly anticipated the flutters but i promise i was not imagining it. I was simply "looking for them" while most women may miss these flutters when they aren't expecting to be pregnant. I also did begin frequenting the bathroom quite often to urinate, and i became fatigued all through my 1st, 2nd trimesters. No issues w/ bowel movements though. As for any aches, pains or nausea, I went without those entirely until this 3rd trimester (everything aches-LOL!)
I can't encourage you enough to start prenatal vitamins immediately. Even if you aren't pregnant after all these vitamins can only help you with your nutrition (and maybe even w/ your fatigue) so please get started on those. You can get them at your local HEB, CVS, or Walgreens for under $12. More importantly, get yourself to a doctor to verify what is causing you to be ill and if you are indeed "with child" then it's time to start making major plans for this little one and begin taking better care of yourself. Wish you all the best.
