I gained 20lbs a month (weird metabolism thing + massive water retention/edema)... so it would have been about 70-80 lbs at that point. Super fun. :P I was also only eating 1800-2100 calories each day.
How much weight did you gain the first 16 weeks?

With my daughter I was sick the entire pregnancy and only gained weight during the last month. I am currently 19 weeks pregnant and haven't been sick and I am hungry all the time, but so far I have only gained a pound (not sure how since I feel like I am always eating!)
I only gained about 6 pounds, and I was carrying twins. However, I packed on the pounds during my third trimester.
about 70 pds, but I was malnurished.
I gained two pounds during the first sixteen weeks. I am two and a half weeks away and just hit the thirty pound mark. If you are worried about to much or too little weight gain just talk to your doctor. They will let you know best.
My first pregnancy, I lost 10 lbs. I was severely sick. My second pregnancy, I gained 5 lbs. I was just little sick, but not really hungry. My third pregnancy, lets not talk about. I gain 60 total on my third pregnancy. With my first I gained a total of 25 lbs and weighed less after he was born that before. And with my second, I gained a total of 35 lbs and within a week of his birth I weighed the same as before pregnancy. I lost 78 lbs between my 2nd and 3rd by counting calories. With my third, lets not talk about it. My weight now, Lets not go there. Had my tubes tied and can't seem to get the weight off. I have tried counting calories, but I am having trouble with sweet cravings.
nothing. The baby is just a peanut at this stage. I wasn't underweight so I had plenty of spare weight. Over the entire course of pregnancy, I gained 19lbs. Baby girl was 7lbs 9 oz at birth and I lost all the weight within 3 months by breastfeeding.
I gained 20 lbs in my first 16 weeks of all 3 of my pregnancies. Baby # 1 I was 120 lbs when conceived and delivered at 205 lbs (I had preclampsia). Baby # 2 I was 130 lbs when I conceived and delivered at 170 lbs. Baby # 3 I was 135 lbs when I conceived and currently 27 weeks pregnant and weigh 160 lbs.
I exercise daily and eat some what healthy but I ALWAYS put on the weight when I am preggos. Also, I am about 5'8" tall.
Good Luck!
I gained about 5 pounds which was a surpise considering I was so sick. However, I made up for it and gained a total of 69 pounds when all was said and done! It took a year but I did loose it all by just eating healthy and walking every day. No gym, no magic potions, no crazy diets. If you are worried about weight gain, talk to your doctor. He/she will advise you best! :)
None - but I was heavy going in and with the new healthy diet I had very minimal weight gain until later in the pregnancy (my OB was fully aware and we made sure I was eating enough for 2).
I was so sick that I lost nearly ten pounds by then with my first pregnancy! The second pregnancy I gained somewhere around 8 pounds by then, which I think "they" say is too much, but I still only gained about 18 pounds total so I didn't care. I was just happy to not be in the bathroom every five minutes! I think if you are normal weight, you are "supposed" to gain a few pounds (like 3?) your first trimester, then about a pound a week after that. A little more or less is suggested if you are underweight or overweight. Both my kids were perfectly healthy and weighed pretty much the same when they were born, so I'm not sure it makes a huge difference as long as you gain enough overall.
