Jennifer Gianni has great Pilates dvd for during and post pregnancy, it will tin and stretch those aching back muscles
Looking for any suggestions on pregnancy workout DVDs. I can't always make it to the gym so I'm looking for something to do at home, not so much cardio, looking for more toning exercises and to help my aching back. Only at about 17 weeks right now, hope to find one to use through whole pregnancy.
Thanks!

I really liked my Hot Mama - Prenatal Conditioning with Teddi Bryant DVD. I got if from amazon in my first trimester and was able to use it throughout the whole pregnancy. She has three pregnant women (one in her first trimester, one in her second trimester, and one in her third trimester) doing the exercises so you can see how each modifies the exercise depending on where she's at in her pregnancy. She focuses a lot on toning and conditioning...preparing you for labor and delivery in a sense. I definitely recommend it! Enjoy your pregnancy!
I loved the Denise Austin pregnancy workout. It was only aound ten dollars and it was really good.
Check Youtube and Netflix (and maybe Hulu) for some good free workouts! I really like what I have found there...
10 Minute Solution: Prenatal Pilates was a great video:

Lots of variety in being able to change up workouts so they don't get boring. I also liked how I could do 10 minutes if tired and no energy or more time depending on number of routines you select. Our local library had it for me to check-out then ended up purchasing it since I liked it so much. Good Luck!
10 minute solutions Prenatal Pilates. It felt wonderful! Also, try collagevideos.com On the website you can see 60 second previews of all the videos and they have a lot of preggo videos. Congratulations!
I second the denise austin dvd it it set in stages of trimesters so you can choose your workout based on how far along you are, it also includes a postpartum workout.
