I am seven weeks pregnant with our third baby! Yay! I could not be happier! But I started noticing last week I am turning into a BIG grump! I am getting irritated with everyone. Thank goodness God is still giving me patientce with my kids, but I am finding myself avoid calls from my friends and family because I just get so irritated when I am talking to them. I'm sure a big part of it is that I feel super sick most of the time. I just feel bad that I am being so grouchy. I am usually a happy and friendly person. Please tell me I am not the only pregnant woman to be so irritable as to avoid talking to people. Lol! :)

What can I do next?

You are not the only one at all, I hated my husband for a few weeks at the beginning of this pregnancy ( my second) but now that I am 8 months along I don't hate him so much anymore LOL!!

I'm 24 weeks with my 4th. You are NOT alone! Grouchy doesn't even accurately describe how I am. Patience? I don't have any. Sadly I also suffer from PMDD so my " pregnancy symptoms" during pregnancy won't improve after the birth of my baby....but I'm sure yours will. Good luck.

Cut yourself a little slack. It will get better. I remember what I was like and
I will tell you it was not nice. Very cranky, but then it ended. Almost like
morning sickness.

Nope you aren't the only one. I am seven weeks along with our third too and it's turned me into a big grump. I am cautious with the kiddies, but I find most grown ups annoying. :) My hubby said I was the same way with our daughter and it passed around 11 weeks or so (I have no recollection of this). So I am hoping it's only temporary.

I'm the same way! I'm just 5 weeks along with baby # 3. I was actually the same way with my first two, so I do remember it won't last too long. I was going to say up until the first 12 weeks, but actually, I'm not even sure it lasted that long. I'm usually a very nice person, but last week, I totally went off on some woman at the gas station! Now, my window was rolled up and so was hers, but she could obviously see me yelling at her! (She cut in front of me.) It sometimes feels like I'm angry with the world...this is how I knew I was pregnant with # 2, before I even took a positive pregnancy test. I just wanted to yell at everybody! LOL And I can see from the other responses...you are so not alone! ;) Congratulations!

Don't be so h*** o* yourself. Just feel what you feel, and let it be. I know I got really emotional and grumpy in my 1st trimester with all of my pregnancies, and I know morning sickness can definitely make things a lot worse. This will pass soon, and you will feel more normal. I found that I was so fatigued (especially with my last little guy) that things would set me off that I wouldn't normally bat an eye at. Just love your little ones and focus on them right now, if that's all you're able to do. Other people in your family can wait, and your friends can too. They won't die if they don't talk to you right now. Did you find out what caused the high hcg levels??? Is it twins???? Congrats on your baby! You must be so excited!

I tend to be more calm when pregnant, but I don't talk with anyone. I'm a phone girl and my closest friends and family can tell when I'm pregnant because I don't return calls, emails or much of anything.
You have a lot going on with your body and this is your time to be selfish. It's for your baby. Who cares about the rest. (I'm also 7wks now, and this sickness is a killer this time) If you were looking for some relief from the sickness, I found that benadryl and b6 have helped a ton. Although, now I'm even more tired. :) *hugs*

I am also 7 weeks along, and I am SO much meaner this time around! My husband has even commented (when I say something first) about how my patience is thin and I get irritated much more easily. I hope that this quickly ends for both of us, and we can continue to enjoy our pregnancies! Good luck!
