Prenatal Yoga Classes near Cedar Park/Round Rock Area

I know this is super after your pregnancy but I think it's really cool that Round Rock has its own studio now!

I live in the same area and could never find a class. I did find a great DVD called Yoga M. that was mild and I did it every day! Congratulations on your pregnancy and good luck...

Yoga Yoga has a studio somewhere in your area, and they have a wide variety of great classes, including prenatal & postnatal.

I went to prenatal yoga classes at Yoga Yoga in austin, because when I looked 6 years ago, I couldn't find anything closer to RR. The classes were relaxing, but the drive was not.

I'm 8 months now and have been doing quite the drive from RR to 360 for my classes. I go to Joy Moves. They have Friday classes that are a mix of gentle and prenatal yoga. The instructor is amazing and hands on but not in an overwhelming way. I looked and saw Yoga Yoga but they weren't every Friday. It was scheduled to start in January and well I needed to start sooner ;) I didn't find anything any closer. My friend goes to Yoga Yoga for regular Yoga and loves it there. There's one that is on gracy farms right by parmer and mopac so that's not that far (depending on where you live). Good luck!

Yoga Yoga in Northwest Austin is a great place for prenatal yoga. It's located on Mopac and Burnet. Good Luck with your pregnancy!

There's a Yoga Yoga Northwest at 12002 Burnet, I went when I was pregnant for sciatica, and it helped tremendously. There might be another one at the new shops at Arbor Walk, I think I saw it there the other day. Their website is www.yogayoga.com.
