I saw a flier at Lifetime - so I am guessing they offer prenatal yoga.

Lifetime fitness has some prenatal classes, yoga being one of them but they are during the day so if you work or have activities with other kiddos they can be hard to get to. About a year and a half ago I asked about an evening class and they said that if there were enough interest they would schedule one. Also, there is a yoga studio in Lewisville (I think on Main) in the old part of town (east of 35) that does prenatal classes.

I shopped at Destination Maternity while I was pregnant, and noticed that they have a studio in the back of the shop where they give free classes like Yoga. You may want to call and see if they still do that.
