Stu Millers pumpkin patch on the corner of Emcinitas Blvd and Rancho Santa Fe Road is terrific! Rides, a petting zoo and pumpkins.
I've tried looking online for Pumpkin Patches in San Diego, but I can't seem to find any. Plus, I just don't have the time I wish I had to surf the net. Do any mommas in SD area know of Pumpkin Patches and/or Halloween/Fall activities in North County? I know there is a pumpkin patch on San Marcos Blvd, but don't know of any others. Any recommendations would be helpful!

Living Way Church in Poway always has a Harvest Festival on Halloween that is open to the public. We go every year. Very family friendly. Lots of games for the kids, jump houses, ongoing entertainment, and hot dog/taco/hamburger dinner (donations accepted). I usually bring a huge bag of candy from Costco and donate it and put a few dollars into the jar for the dinner. My kids who are 5 and 3 L. it! I think it runs from 4pm and on.
Maranatha Chapel also has a Harvest festival
Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church is having one from 2-4 pm
RB Baptist Church is also having a Harvest festival on Halloween
And I have seen signs on some of the other churches in RB and Poway that they are having something on Saturday the 30th.
All are open and free to the public.
Check your local library, they will often have fun crafts/activities for kids the week before a holiday.
There is also Halloween Nights at Sea World, Brick or Treat at Legoland, and I believe that the Wild Animal Park and the Zoo also have something going on for kids.
Bates Nut Farm is really fun...definitely go on a weekday. Weekends are so crowded and crazy.
I think there is also a huge pumpkin patch at Victoria Gardens.

This magazine/website lists a ton of activities.
We live in Coastal North County and there is a pumpkin patch with rides, bouncy things, slides etc, seemingly on every corner!! Try corner of Encinitas Blvd & Rancho Santa Fe Rd - lot's of things happening in that pumpkin patch. Manchester & El Camino Real or in Del Mar across from the race track by the Noonan swim school.
Check out Quail gardens for harvest/halloween activities!
Hi Leah,
We L. to go to Bates Nut Farm. They have a great pumpkin selection, pony rides, a petting "zoo", hay rides, etc. It's out in Valley Center so it's pretty close. I would recommend going on a weekday though. It tends to get VERY crowded on the weekends ;)
Also...a fun Halloween activity that we like to go to every year is the Richland Elementary School Halloween Carnival. It's this Saturday from 10-4.
Hope this helps. Have fun!
Maranatha Chapel in Rancho Bernardo has one. There is one day where it's not open, look on their website. I think weekdays it's not open, but weeknights are, and all day on weekends.
Where in North County? There are tons by the coast. There is one across from the fairgrounds that is great! I agree, Bates Nut Farm is awesome but is a bit of a zoo on the weekend.
Happy Halloween!
Bates Nut Farm is AWESOME!!! We were there for 4 hours and my son still did not want to leave.
Happy Halloween!
There's one in Escondido..Bate's Nut Farm

We went to Lavendar Hill Pumpkins in Fallbrook because I wanted more of a farm experience than bouncies and rides (and we had great fun with nothing but tons of huge and interesting pumpkins and an awesome tree swing!), but there are lots of options on this website to check out to find the type of pumpkin patch that suits you.
