DS is 3 months old and sleeping very well (6:30-6:30, feeds briefly at 10pm and goes right back to sleep). I've been trying to move his sleep cycle back half an hour so i can get up at 7 instead. I've tried delaying the time he goes to sleep at the last feed at 10pm but it's very difficult to keep him up (also didn't seem to have much impact on wakeup time).
Does anyone have any suggestions? How do ppl usually adjust babies' internal clocks during daylight savings time change?

To have a baby this young sleeping this well is so awesome. Maybe you should just enjoy it :)
Good luck with that... I raised 5 and never thought of trying to change sleep habits. You are so lucky to have him sleep as long as he does at 3 mos. Your life has changed, you are mommy now and baby is in charge for now... this will change many times... soon he will be teething... do the best you can...follow his lead and love him every minute. 630 is not early just be happy he isn't ready to start his day at 5!
Wow, I wouldn't disturb a wonderful sleep schedule like that. I would go to bed a 1/2 hour earlier instead.
You can try inching it back 15 minutes at a time (that's what we do with daylight savings), but it may not matter.
My kids wake up at the same time every day no matter what time they go to bed. Nothing have ever worked.
BTW: 6-6:30 is a DREAM! Mine are up at 5:30 everyday. You might consider just coping with what you have. Sounds like a pretty night thing right now.
Usually putting them to bed later doesn't work. What worked for me FINALLY was when my son would wake up at 5a.m. :( I would leave him in his bed for awhile before I would get him up and change and feed him etc. Also I started keeping him up longer in between naps.
When he was waking up at 5, he'd be ready to nap by 7. So I started keeping him up to at least 8, then 9. It was hard some days, but he's now usually sleeping to 6/6:30. So for me, thats GREAT!!! Anything's better then 5 a.m. Good luck!

I know many moms are saying you can't change a baby's sleep schedule, but I think they can be tweeked. That being said, it sounds like your baby does have a pretty good schedule. My son starting sleeping 10 hours straight at night at 6 weeks...my daugher at 3 mos. But, I never put my kids to bed before 7:30. When they were infants I put them to bed later, actually. I nursed at around 9:00 or 10:00, then put them down for the night and they would sleep until about 7:00 or 7:30. When they were infants they would take a little cat nap in the early evening before they cut down to 2 regular naps when I moved the bedtime a little earlier... ofcourse schedules do change, so try to just tweek it a bit. 6:30 may be too early for an actual bedtime. See if maybe he will nap for a while at dinner time, then do a bath and try to keep him awake for a bit, then bedtime a little later. Though, that may be too drastic of a change if he is already in a routine. Good Luck!

Your baby sleeps great. I would not mess around to try to get yourself a half hour with such a young baby. Disturbing his sleep and changing his schedule may disrupt him in a bad way. I wouldn't risk it when he sleeps so well. If you feel a need for another half hour of sleep, I would suggest that you go to bed a half hour earlier instead of messing around with the baby's schedule.
