Good Luck!
Hello ladies. I am looking to sell my house as soon as possible. My husband has been out of work for forever it seems, and we really can't afford our mortgage right now. Do any of you have experience with a realtor you love? I want someone who is a go-getter and is willing to put some work into finding a buyer for our house as soon as possible. I have interviewed a few people and just wasn't crazy about them.
Thanks in advance for your help!

go to www.dougmelstrom.com
He will SAVE you more money than most realtors and is very honest and hard working!
Go to www.daveramsey.com and look under their ELP real estate providers for your area. I don't know if you know who Dave Ramsey is but is does talk radio and is a very good financial analyst. He would not endorse someone unless he was sure that they would be a go-getter and really have your best interest at heart.
Peter Olson at ERA Sheilds is great. You can find him online.
Paul Botz? Are you kidding, one of the worst agents I've ever dealt with. He is NEVER available, always out of town and never returns your phone calls.
Lisa Robinson with Pikes Peak Properties (she owns the agency).
###-###-#### or ____@____.com
She is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. Hands down. She is a really smart lady that is nice and super easy to deal with.
Hi, H.!
I would recommend Larry Emerson with ReMax. We've worked with him several times and all have been quite successful!
Ray Brown with RE/Max is excellent. His number is ###-###-####. He is a go getter with a great attitude and he treats all of his clients like 5 star clients...whether you're selling your house for $150K or $500K. :)
