Might try Jim Morris of Ebby Halliday. He is my relocation realtor and is wonderful. He knows the area well and is one of the leading real estate agents in the DFW metroplex. I would highly recommend him. I am not sure about the referral fee, you would have to check with him directly.

I am sure you will get a huge response from every Realtor on this site but the realtor who is currently listing my home and acted as my buying agent is your girl!!!!

You need to call Kimberly Rohlf. ###-###-####, cell is ###-###-####. My mother in law is the same in Florida and she referred us to Kimberly. Kimberly is not a relative or friend or friend of a friend. She is simply someone I think is doing a great job for me and is assisting my mother in law with the referral. Call her and at least talk with her about it. She is a GREAT buying agent!!!!! Tell her I told you to call.
