Clear Creek is a great district. I know you said the Kemah area, but it really depends on which area as to what public schools you would go to. There are also several good private schools in the area as well. It would depend on what your wants are! There are also several good daycares in the area. It really depends on the direction you would be going as to what would be the most convient area. Happy Harbour gets great reviews in the area and it is in South Shore. There are many others on the NASA side of the lake and many after school programs for your older child. There is a bushi ban that will pick up your child from school help with homework and teach some form of karate before you pick up. Welcome to the area!

You are going to love Kemah! The Clear Lake school district that your 9 year old will be going to is great! i think it is Stewart Elementary, but im not sure. Very good district. (I was a teacher in a near by district - La Porte. I am a SAHM now.) Im not sure about day cares though, sorry. There are lots in the area though.

I live in Kemah, the Clear Creek School District is considered one of the best. I like the elementary, Stewart. My children are 21 and 13 (he is in League City Intermediate now which I like)--its been awhile since they were in elementary there. Daycare wise I am not sure. There is one I used near 45 freeway for my son, Webster Presbyterian, I and he really liked it when he was 2-5 (school age)- you could check there if its convenient for you. Its on Nasa Rd 1 ####-###-####. There are so many more daycares available now closer to Kemah. This area has grown and continues to at a rapid pace. Welcome, I visited D.C. once and it was just about my favorite trip ever.

I am the mother of 1 that couldn't find loving and dependable CHILD CARE for my daughter so I became a "stay at home mom" that needed an income. I started caring for first one friend’s child while she worked, then another - then another, etc. It solved ALL of our problems, they got dependable loving child care and I had the income that I needed. This was in 1988 and I just couldn't give it up once my daughter grew up. It's not a job - - - it's a way of life! The children are all a part of my family. I also have 16 years experience with "special needs" children. I am in Goforth El. in CCISD
My phone # is ###-###-####.
