Maybe lemon juice or baking soda? Plastic tends to hold in smells but I think it will go eventually.
I accidentally let a bag of spinach go bad in the crisper of our refrigerator. I've cleaned it thoroughly with hot soapy water but it still stinks BAD. Any advice as to how I get rid of the smell?

Look in the hardware store for activated charcoal (must be activated to absorb the odors) to sit in there (make sure it's labeled etc so no one tries to eat it!)
or you could try cleaning w/baking soda and leaving a box open in there to soak up the odors.
Hope that helps!

I usually use odo-ban to get rid of smells like that...you can buy it at sam's club or walmart i think...i'm pretty sure we got ours at home depot...you just dilute it a bit in water (instructions are on the bottle) and I use a sponge to clean out the area...or you can spray it on if you use it in a spray bottle...I would just rinse it out really good before you use the drawer again...good luck!
First, try white vinegar, which is great for removing smells.
If that doesn't work, the odor might be in the plastic. If it can be removed for cleaning, fill it with soapy water and add a little bleach, and let it sit for a couple of hours.
