The perfect and intended menu for a 7 month old is breast milk.
My kids? Breastmilk only. My grandkids? Everything! It really depends on what your philosphy on nutrition is. People like me are rabid breastmilk people, my stepdaughter, on the other hand, feeds the grands anything. Both did well and the children are healthy.
If I were to feed anything OTHER than breastmilk (which I still consider at the very least, the foundation of a good baby diet), I would go with the slow introduction of mashed organic-only foods starting with the green then the yellow veggies then the grains, the fruits and then eventually the meats (if you are not a vegetarian). I'd recommend caution with the highly allergenic foods (soy, eggs, wheat, animal milks, nuts, peanuts, etc.) and avoid them the entire first year.
The goal is not necessarily to sit them down and make them eat a plateful of anything. It's more to offer them tastes so that they start learning to like different foods. A couple of spoonfuls of mushy grains, squash, or pear puree a few times a day will get the baby started. Every couple of weeks you can add something new.

I think this is one month away from table foods, so its just the fuits, veg and cereals. Do you want to make your own? we were doing cereal with fruit and formula for breakfast. Peas, corn, pototo, carrot, green bean for veg and appricot, banana, strawberry, pear, berries etc. Keep in mind that God color coordinated our food, so if you offer a variety of color, you are offering a wide range of nutrients! I offered mostly veg and some fuits at this age because I heard they can reject veg. for sweat fruits if you don't train them to like the veg. Good luck.

I would feed her whatever you are eating, just mashed a bit.
Food chopper is like 10 bucks and can chop up a portion of adult food into more manageable texture for the little one. I found that was a great way to introduce veg and such. I wasn't worried about her eating the meat as much as the veg and fruit. Personally, I shy away from manufactured baby foods, they are costly and can contain ingredients that I wouldn't feed my children. I keep introducing the veg and have two kids (2 1/2 and 8 1/2 ) who eat all their veg at dinner.

Breast milk 4-6 times a day
baby rice or oat cereal 2x a day
then start adding in fruits and veg 2x a day
later add in iron rich foods like beans, tofu...
then dairy no sugar yogurt, cheese...
I like the baby foods from Earth's Best or Healthy Times. They are organic and have a great variety. I mix oatmeal in with the baby food to help add a little substance and it's easier to feed, as it is not so runny. You could also start introducing finger foods. Cheerios are always a good start. Also, Gerber's has a line called Gerber Graduates that is great. They have dehydrated apples and yogurt (great for outings) and "crunchers" that dissolve easily. Their puffs are great, too. The sweet potato are the best. Yo Baby yogurt is really good and both of my kids love it. I put the cereal in that as well. Good luck!

At 7 mos, my lil' guy was waking up to breastmilk. Then about an hour later, he would have pureed fruits (banana, apple, pear...)with oatmeal cereal. Then he would have breastmilk throughout the day with a pureed veg (squash, green beans, peas...) at lunchtime with Cheerios some times and pureed veg & pureed fruit a hour before bedtime with rice cereal. :)
