Hi, J. I live in Glendora and have a 3/12 old daughter. I have been trying to find children for my daughter to play with also. If you are still interested in finding playmates let me know. I work full time Monday - Friday.
I'd like to join some kind of a play group for myself and my daughter. I've contacted gymboree but they were to expensive. Also was looking into YMCA for a swim class but their swim class was only for a half of an hour which I didn't feel would be long enough. Any suggestions would be greatly apprecaited.

Hi J.,
With my son, 14 months was about the time he needed other kids to interact with. I lived in the mainline, pa area and we had lots of options. I now live in south jersey and options are limited. The YMCA is inexpensive. It has a few programs for your daughter's age. The other is your local library; they have free programs. My local branch in Mullica Hill, NJ has storytime and then a short craft session. They also have a play area which is wonderful. I always thought it would be too noisy to bring a child to the library; i was wrong!! Its a wonderful spot and we go once a week. If you spent the time looking, you can find inexpensive classes. Gymboree and little gym are expensive. I found a music class in West Chester offered at Taylor's music store that was $100 for about 15 weeks; once a week. Hope this helps! M.
Do you work? I do and am looking to meet people who want to do things on the weekends. See the message I just posted.
I was just thinking of posting the same questions as you. However, my son is only 9 months that is probably to big of an age gap, especially since he is not walking yet.
