Dr. Mary Finke in Arlington. She is very supportive. My daughter went natural on the last 2 out of 5 and will do it again. She is better afterward and so is the baby.
Could you please recommend a female OBGY who would prefer a natural child birth. My cousin just had a baby and her Dr. Audrey Grahm who is in Dallas was great, she even recommended classes for her to take that would help in the natural birth. I want someone like that but Dr Gramhm's office is in Dallas and I leave in Euless. I would make the drive if I can't find one. My DH would love to use her.
Thank you Sangeta for your advise. But I thought this was for like the fort worth HEB area.

I used Dr. Laura Bradford for my natural birth in January. She was wonderful! She just left me alone to do what I needed to do.

Doc Cummings in Denton is the one I used.I live in Flower mound and It was totally worth the drive.
I hope i had foundhim in my first pregnancy.
I woul drecommend you join the apdallas yahoo group .You will be able to get some great recomendations from there.
I am happy to see that you want to have a natural birth .it sreally is not hard if you have no complications and a wonderful experience.
Good luck .PM me if you have any questions
I've never used her, but I've heard good things about Dr. Nahille Natour at Baylor Irving. That hospital also offers childbirth classes - don't know if they are natural or not. I would imagine they cover all possible scenarios.
Dr. Elizabeth Wagner is a dream and blessing. I had no medication until 8cm and natural birth. My doula and husband where awesome! I was the happiest momma. I'm in Ft. Worth and was at Baylor All Saints, the new hospital. If you have questions shoot me an email.
Good Luck

If you're not high risk and want a natural childbirth, please consider using a midwife instead. I ended up using the UNT midwives at Harris downtown FW. They are all excellent. The ONLY downfall on their part is you do have to wait awhile in the waiting room. There are four of them and you rotate with them all so you get to know them, but I really liked all of them a LOT. Dr. Cummings in Denton is supposedly the best as far as OBs, but he is not female and it would be a drive from Euless but I have heard only excellent things about him. I went to Dr. Celeste Williams who has an office downtown as well and really liked her but I wouldn't call her pro-natural childbirth. She was okay with my desires but more of the "we'll see" attitude that wasn't that conducive to helping a natural birther. I honestly don't think there are very many that are. The midwives will let you labor in water and have many more techniques to help a natural birther. Good luck!!
Check out Gilda Cipriano and her team (three female, one male doctor.) I love her and the staff! She is across from HEB Methodist.
