Seeking Awesome Pediatrician

I love Pediatric Care Specialists, located right by St Luke's South. Their phone is ###-###-####. We see Dr. Anne Bray but love all the doctors we've seen there!

I used Pediatric Partners with my first child, but we switched to Cradle thru College 3 1/2 years ago and I am glad we did. Our Dr. is Dr. Ellen Glotzbach and she is absolutely wonderful. I would interview a couple of doctors if I were you. Dr. Glotzbach is 816.942.KIDS.

I used to love the gorup of pediatrician that I had before my insurance changed.
It was in the Ov Pk Regional and the name of the doctor is Thomas Heaphy, it's a group and they are all awesome! They even open on Saturday mornings. wel..they used to...

Now I have Dr Paul Brown, he is grest! Specially with little ones, at the KUMed West facility but it is a little far for you.

I absolutely love pediatric partners on quivera and 106th (next to op regional) I use Dr. Stuppy. She is wonderful. She never talks down to you, and she sits down and talks to you not just rush rush. we have used her since the birth of my son, and i will be using her for my next child. (im preggers again) Hope i have helped.

I second Brandi. Pediatric Partners is AWESOME. I see Dr. Stuppy but Dr. Mellick has helped us before when my daughter was in the hospital with RotaVirus. I love everything about their office. Definitely no complaints here.

Brandi- I'm not sure if you know this or if it's something new, but the walk-in clinic is all the time now! Yay! 8-10 M-F for established patients! It's great!

We use Dr. Bryan Nelson at Johnson County Pediatrics and LOVE him. He is awesome with the kids and very patient and caring. I saw somebody else posted the same office so just wanted to let you know how pleased we have been there. And we love that they have open hours M-Sa for walk-ins. On a sidenote, I know several people that use Pediatric Partners and we used them briefly when our insurance changed. I think they are great too so I would recommend either one.

I Use Dr. David M. Riley with Antioch Family Care in Olathe (appox. 135th and Antioch). He's a family doctor and we used him as my OB for the birth of our first child. His office is usually running fairly close to on time and they almost always have appointments available. He's a great guy and I'd highly recommend him.

Hey there. I know how hard it is to search for a pediatrician that you like for your kids. The pediatrician that my daughter sees now is her 3rd one. The first was great but it was so far away. The second was closer but she never even acknowleged my daughter...and she was the patient. Now we go to Dr. Mellick at Pediatric Partners. They have a wedsite if you want to check it out. www.doc4kidz.com. They are great there. They have always been able to get me in the same day if it is something that needs to be seen right away. During the winter time they have in their office a walk in clinic from 8am-10:30am. I love that. I don't need an appointment I can just take her in. All the staff loves seeing my daughter. They know her by name and the docs are GREAT with her. My daughter has seen 3 of the 4 docs in that office and they have all been great with us. I think if you checked it out you would love them. We are happy with our pediatrician, Dr. Bryan Nelson, at Johnson County Pediatrics. He is excellent with kids, and mine was a preemie and he was very comforting to us as parents and explained everything in layterms. They are very helpful with any kind of questions that you call in, and they have open clinic hours every morning. Located close to Shawnee Mission Medical Center at 75th and Antioch. ###-###-####
