I remember reading The Berenstain Bears' Moving Day when my parents moved with my brothers and me when I was a child, and that was quite some time ago!

Good luck with the move! Kids are very resilient and I'm sure your son will do great.

We used "I'm Not Moving, Mama" by Nancy White Carlstrom. My daughter loved it and read it for years after the move, just for enjoyment. The story really facilitated discussion.

Mouse in the House is a cute pop-up book that comes with a mouse that rolls through the house/book.
