I have been looking at childcare agencies in South Tampa where we live and also near W.Hillborough Ave. (33614) where my fiance works. I've checked with just about every agency there is and am now wondering if anyone knows of any safe and careing home daycare in either of these areas.

I went back to work when my 1st child was 5 months old. I called Coordinated Child Care and asked them to print me a customized list of at home day cares for my zip code and age bracket. They can fax it to you or if you are close to an office you can pick it up. I lived in St. Pete at the time...but if they can't help you they should be able to give you a name and number for your county's similar oganization.

Hi A.. I don't know if you've checked into a little daycare called The Earliest Years on Bay to Bay Blvd., but my daughter starting going there when she was 3 months old. She is now almost 20 months old and still goes there. The people are very loving there!!! It is very much like a family. My daughter loves it there and actually looks forward to going and playing with her friends. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but on the inside it's really a great little daycare (she's even learning sign language)!
